"No-Shows"

Stuff happens.

Accidents, illness, death, traffic jams, car trouble, or even being forgetful... we've all missed appointments. I make every effort to make sure that my clients and I both know when and where our appointment is, but sometimes stuff happens.

If you know you can't make it to an appointment, please call me at 214-395-8000 as you possibly can. It takes a certain amount of time to prepare for and clean up after each client, even if they never show up.

My policy is not to question a missed appointment. After all, stuff happens. But if you miss two in a row, I will not schedule a third.
