"No-Shows"

Stuff happens.

Accidents, illness, death, traffic jams, car trouble, or even being forgetful... we've all missed appointments. I make every effort to make sure that my clients and I both know when and where our appointment is, but sometimes stuff happens.

If you know you can't make it to an appointment, please call me at 214-395-8000 as soon as you possibly can. Often, clients who are in pain are turned away because my schedule is full. In addition to helping me, you'll be helping my other clients who need attention.

Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the time you have reserved.

To prevent being charged, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Email, text, or phone messages are sufficient.
