Who needs a massage more than busy, overworked
moms? The next time your playgroup gets together, why not make
it a massage party? Each mom can have a chair or table massage
while the other moms are watching the kids!
All you need is a relatively quiet corner to set up a massage chair: by
the pool, in a back room, in the kitchen... wherever there's
room. Chair massages are typically from 10 to 30
minutes long, so there's no reason why each guest can't get
a little relief from those sore muscles.
If it is convenient, I'd also be happy to set up a
massage table in an out-of-the-way location.
Massage parties are surprisingly affordable. I charge
$1/minute for parties. That means you can have a massage
therapist for two and a half hours at your pool party for
about the same cost as renting an inflatable bounce house
for your kid's birthday. Split the cost among your guests to
save even more.
